Hey Everyone!
This is my 1st month progress! I have only lost 8 pounds but i have lost alot of inches around my stomach area :) I focus very heavily on my eating, i only eat natural foods.
Turkey, chicken, vegetables, fruit, rice cakes, nuts, salad and i drink ALOT of water!
I go to the gym everyday, i usually do two group classes such as Zumba, Spin, Kickboxing, and a Weightlifting class 3x a week!
I will keep updating as i keep losing for my trip to Disneyland in september <3
The picture on the left is from July 2008. In that picture, I was about 220lbs (100 kilos). My highest weight was 240 pounds. The picture on the left (at a more flattering angle) is from May 2012. I weigh about 170 pounds (77 kilos) now. I’m almost 22 years old, and I’m about 5’6”.
I recently just completely my first 5K (the Warrior Dash!), and I had a blast! Five years ago or so, I would have never imagined myself completing, or even participating in a 5K of any kind.
The weight comes off slow now, but I’d much rather have that, then two years from now balloon back up!
Still continuing this amazing body transformation.

I have lost much body fat, and gained so much muscle so far.
Can not wait to see what my body will look like in a couple months. Hard work, healthy nutrition, and dedication is all it takes.

I started my weight loss in January 2012. I honestly can’t believe I’m down 42 pounds. Through the sweat, tears, and soreness, I actually did it. I still have a long way to go! My last goal weight is 130, but ultimately I want to be happy with my body, whether I’m 130 pounds or 110 pounds. Most people ask me what my secret was. Here it is: EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY. Simple as that. If I can do, you can do it too!

Since the photo I have lost 5 more pounds bringing me down to 225.
I never could believe I could get this small and work towards being even healthier and happier in my life. If I can do it, so can you. Stay beautiful everyone. <3
My first before/after pics. Down 22.2 pounds so far since end of March doing WW. Started TurboFire last week. A LONG way till goal, but finally starting to see a bit of difference.
