Whatever… this is me. I’ve “only” lost 7 kg / 15.4 lbs so far, but i gained a lot of muscles and reduced my bodyfat from 49 % to 38 %.
Im still overweight but im so motivated to end this journey and hit my ugw :)

This is my progress in 10 days after doing 30 minutes of cardio/30 minutes of strength training a day (Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis). Started at 272. Ended at 263. Last year I was 320, so to this date I’ve lost almost 60 pounds.
