Hey Everyone! 
This is my 1st month progress! I have only lost 8 pounds but i have lost alot of inches around my stomach area :) I focus very heavily on my eating, i only eat natural foods.
Turkey, chicken, vegetables, fruit, rice cakes, nuts, salad and i drink ALOT of water! 
I go to the gym everyday, i usually do two group classes such as Zumba, Spin, Kickboxing, and a Weightlifting class 3x a week! 
I will keep updating as i keep losing for my trip to Disneyland in september <3

I used to be a fatkunt, then I took too many arrows to the self esteem and did something about it. Zyzz got me off my ass.
Current height: 178cm
Before: 83kg (183lbs) and 26% body fat
After: 69kg (154lbs) and 12% body fat

This is my progress in 10 days after doing 30 minutes of cardio/30 minutes of strength training a day (Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis). Started at 272. Ended at 263. Last year I was 320, so to this date I&#8217;ve lost almost 60 pounds.
