Before- June 2011- 250 pounds 5’7”
During- March 30th 2012- 198.6 pounds
Done the HEALTHY way. Eating what I want in moderation, not restricting ANY foods or food groups WHATSOEVER, and exercising on average 5 times a week (mainly zumba).
You don’y need fad diets to lose weight. All you need is to be smart, quit making excuses, and just do it.

Physically and mentally. I never believed I would be that person on the bottom. I still can’t believe it’s me. I am becoming everything I dreamed of. That is the best feeling ever.
